Living tiny can sometimes be difficult. You have to learn how to organize everything you own! Don’t forget to put it back when you are done using it or else you will look like you are living in a tornado!

I have put together a list of top items we use in our RV to help keep us organized in our daily life! Even if you don’t have a RV, you can still use these tips in your home to help make life easier!

Storage Container

With 2 growing kids who LOVE their cereal in the morning, and I can’t stand the boxes and bags they come in, we decided to get one of these bad boys! You can easily see when we are low, they are easy to use and helps keep the pantry area nice and clear!

You can store more than just cereal as well. Flour, sugar, rice, snack food like pretzels or chips. You can even use these for small garbage cans in your car. Just put a plastic grocery bag in and boom! A cleaner space! You can even use them to store your plastic grocery bags!

Kitchen Shelf

RV cabinets, most of the time, are really odd shapes. These shelves help you create even more storage space. We have one for our plates, bowls and cups, as well as for our food pantry. They are very helpful and Keeps everything in sight. It is very easy to have items in the back of your pantry get “lost”. Then you add it to your list thinking you don’t have that item anymore, when really it is just hiding!

Dish Strainer

Living in a RV with limited counter space, this thing is so handy! We actually have a pretty large kitchen for a RV but I still wanted to keep as much as we could off the counter. This Dish strainer fits perfectly in our kitchen sink! Another really cool feature with this dish strainer is that it is collapsible. This is wonderful when we need both of the sinks empty. It can easily fit underneath the sink and out of our way!

Command Hooks

commandhooks

You can’t really put a screw or a nail in a RV wall. Command strips are life! We have a big command hook by our front door for our keys. We also have 2 command hooks that hang up our dream catchers as well for decoration. You don’t have to live in a RV to use these. You can use these pretty much anywhere! No marks left behind!!

You can hang up just about anything with these things!! Coats, hats, backpacks, stockings around Christmas, and pictures!

Paper Towel Holder

Now this is the same reason as the dish strainer. The less that is on our counter top the more room we seem to have! Plus it looks a lot nicer to use in the RV. With the lip at the end, they do not move while we travel down the road.

Under the Bed Storage Container

under the bed storage

With living in a RV we don’t have large closets. We need extra space to put our clothes that we are not using during a certain season. In our RV we actually have storage under our bed! These fit perfectly underneath the bed and we can actually store 3 on top of each other and they fit perfectly!

Shampoo, Conditioner & BODYWASH Holder

Our shower is small! We are not small people either! LOL We can’t just bend over to pick up shampoo! This thing is a must. We actually bought this for our house but so glad we decided to bring it to the RV!! Great way to store all of your shower products. This sticks directly to the wall and has not came off while pulling the RV down the road.

SHOWERDISPENSER

Basket Caddies

These things are life!! We use this in our kitchen cabinets for food storage, to keep the kids stuff organized in their cabinets, and we even use these in our office area to store our books, notebooks and other items that can sometimes take over our life. We pull something out and we know that if we put it back where we got it, our RV will stay cleaned and nothing just floating around the RV with no home!

I hope this has helped you out with organizing your home or RV!
